Build a Team
Luckily, we already had great experience in how to build a team, handle customer support and create software that our customers love. But building a team for such a huge project was not so easy we thought it would be.
The technology is still improving fast and a lot of changes are happening monthly, makes it difficult to develop a software and keep up with the pace.
After 13 Month with a lot of downs and a couple of ups, we finally had the team and knowledge to create something great!
