Very customizable and very well written code. The support is really excellent and quite prompt. Everything works just fine. It does need a certain level of expertise to get things working smoothly but it's well worth the effort.

I'm very satisfied with the product. I have been looking for years for something that is complete at the minimum necessary for good tech support, but everyone always fails on something and that was frustrating until I got here.

Usually I never review an item the first day I buy, I wait untill I totally finish its installation. Because sometimes the developer doesn't answer questions, or there may be unfixed bugs, etc. But I have never, ever seen such a perfect helpdesk app. Seriously, if I could rate this script 10 stars over 5, I would. As a team of 3, we have been inspecting many helpdesk solutions for a while, in order to chose the one that fits best our needs and I must say I have bought this immediately.

Based on my experience, I would give 5 stars for everything, but I am going to highlight customer service. I had 2 very small support questions. Each time Jerome was quick to respond and guide me to the file/folder I needed. I am so very pleased with this script and the service.
