Back end is now finished
We are right on track and finished the back end just before the end of 2022. Everything is now working, and the test team has been giving the go to proceed with the frontend.
Now working on the front end
The front end is the chat widget that you can place on any website. It is not just a widget, it can handle a lot more. Build in Login, Register or for Guests as well. FAQ, Chat Bot which can use the FAQ for answering questions and of course live chat conversation with the back end (Operators / Agents).
Also, available will be screen-sharing, voice messages, voice and video chats. The front end will have 4 development stages:
- Building the chat widget itself, with the template
- Logins, Register, Profile and API
- Conversation logic with the chatbot
- Conversation logic with the operators
